1st Floor Units – Access Policy

Standard Access:

Same-day loading is available Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:00.
Loading required between 15:00 – 16:45 will incur a £50.00 fee.
After 16:45, access to your goods will require 30 days’ notice.

We will lift your container to ground level for loading and, once complete, return it to a 1st-floor position.

Important:
This option is ideal for long-term storage customers only.
Available exclusively for our 40, 50, and 70 sq ft units.

Emergency Access Policy
If you require emergency access to your unit before the standard 30-day notice period, the following will apply:

Fee: £100.00 (paid in advance)
Access Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:00
