Do I need to visit reception on move in day?
No. On the day, let yourself in with your PIN or the app, drive up to your container and start loading.

What sizes do you have?

Can I visit before I book?
Yes. Our team is on site Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm, and happy to show you around.

Is there a minimum term?
Yes, one month. After that your storage carries on month by month until you cancel.

How much notice do I need to give?
You can give notice at any time, and no further charges are made once you have given notice. You keep access to your container until 9pm on the one month anniversary of your last payment. You can cancel through your online account, by email or in person.

Do you have any offers?
New customers get 50% off their first month when they book online. We will also match or beat any storage price within 10 miles.

Access and security
When can I access my container?
6am to 9pm, seven days a week, using your PIN or the app.

How secure is the site?
The site has access control and CCTV, and every customer's ID is checked online before they move in. Entry uses 2 factor QR code access.

Do I need my own padlock?
Yes, your container must be locked whenever you are not there. Bring your own padlock or hire a high security padlock from us.

StoreProtect
Do I need StoreProtect?
Your belongings must be covered for their full replacement value while in storage. You can choose our StoreProtect cover, starting from £15 a month, or arrange your own cover. When you book you'll be asked to declare the total value of what you are storing.

For everyone's safety you can't store:

- Food or anything perishable, unless sealed in hard plastic or glass containers
- Living creatures
- Flammable items such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, solvents or compressed gas
- Firearms, weapons, explosives or ammunition
- Chemicals, asbestos or other hazardous or toxic materials
- Anything that gives off fumes or smells
- Illegal, counterfeit or unsafe goods
- Cash, deeds or securities
- Power banks, portable chargers or loose lithium batteries over 160Wh
There are also limits on battery powered items: no more than five e bikes or e scooters per container unless the battery is removed, and no more than ten laptops or similar battery items unless agreed with us. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
Can I work from my storage container?
Our containers are for storage only, so they can't be used as an office or workshop.

Loading and forklift
Can you help unload pallets?
Yes. Our forklift service can load and unload pallets on Wednesdays. Charges apply, so please call us to book.
